Watch an interesting and informative documentary about the music of the fine Norwegian musician and composer Per Øystein Eira
Shades of Classics marked its 25th Anniversary on Sunday, May 4, 2025 with a special program to celebrate this milestone. The winner of our prize draw for a box set of Mozart's Complete Sonatas & Variations for Piano & Violin was Jeff & Joanne (draw conducted using a random number generator).
Shades of Classics is being produced in my home studio before being aired on CKUW. There are new and original programs airing each and every week. Stay tuned for any updates on this situation.
And even though our FunDrive programs have past you can still show your commitment to Shades of Classics and your listener supported community access radio station by making a pledge online. You can do this anytime securely on the CKUW website.
